In the cultural boom of the 1920s and '30s known as the Harlem Renaissance, three rows of beautiful townhouses became home to some of the highest reachers of the elite Black community, earning the title "Striver's Row." Today a designated historic district, Striver's Row is still a destination neighborhood, and our tree-lined block is one of Manhattan's finest.
